Yes, with breed restrictions. Dogs with a maturity weight of over 30 pounds must be on the first floor, but smaller dogs are permitted on any floor. Pet rent is $20 per month for the first pet and $10 per month for each additional pet. There is a limit of three pets per apartment. The non-refundable pet fee is $100. The pet deposit is $150 and refundable.
The Reserve at Waterford Place is a gated community. Alarm systems are installed in all apartments, with panic buttons placed in the bedrooms. A one-bolt lock system records identity and time of all apartment entrants to ensure your safety and privacy.

Yes, we do. For your convenience, we now offer an online payment option. On the Home page of either of our websites simply create a username and password and you will be taken to a screen that allows you to pay rent or complete a maintenance request. To make a payment simply choose "pay rent" and enter all of the information requested. Please note that a $25.00 convenience fee will be charged at the time the payment is made.
